Milton and Mary Godwin Sierra Leone Sierra Leone Milton Godwin traveled to Sierra Leone from Guinea to pioneer a church in Freetown. He established three Bible study groups. As of January of 2021, there are 7 churches with a total of 1,325 members, and 15 credentialed ministers. In spite of volatile political conditions, the churches are growing. Pastor Godwin and the churches also minister in nearby refugee and amputee camps as well as to the people slums and prisons in Freetown. A pre-school outreach at the Congo Town church has expanded and now includes an elementary school through Grade 6. The school is a great blessing and witness to the surrounding community. Milton Godwin is the field director.
