Carlos and Glaumiris Correa Venezuela Venezuela The Open Bible Churches of Trinidad sent Calbert Mark to Venezuela in August 1993. By the end of the year a church had been established in Ciudad Bolivar with 40 baptized members. As of January of 2021, there are 16 churches with 6,670 members and there are 27 credentialed ministers. INSTE was started in 1996 and currently has 183 students, including those studying Level Two INSTE. The main emphasis of the ministry is evangelism and discipleship. Carlos Correa serves as the field director.
